Methodology


  1. Develop position description based on the role with inputs from client.
  2. Align the position with the knowledge, skill, and attitude required.
  3. Search for candidates from:
    Database
    Advertisements if required
    Focused search
  4. Shortlist the applications and conduct preliminary interview (Personal/Telephonic as required).
  5. Recommend 3 best candidates per position.
  6. Provide necessary support for the client to interview, select, and hire.
